Vocational Education and Training - VET
The first Hospitality Course offered at Al-Faisal College commenced in 2015 with just 14 students, alhamdulilah, our students performed so well in the HSC VET course, one of our students ranking 7th in the State for the Hospitality Examination.
In Years 11 and 12, students at Al-Faisal College - Auburn can choose electives that are vocationally oriented, and so obtain dual qualifications in both Australian Training Qualification Framework standards and the Higher School Certificate. We offer the following courses in Vocational Education:
• Hospitality
The College provides:
• A complete commercial kitchen
• Highly trained staff
Upon completion of the course, students can obtain a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations and/or Statement of Attainment in Certificate III in Catering Operations.
