About Us

Al-Faisal College Liverpool opened its doors in Term 2 on the 27th April 2015 with two classrooms operating out of wonderful demountable classrooms. The students participate in all NESA approved subjects English, Mathematics, HSIE, Science and Technology, Creative Arts and Personal Development, Health and Physical Education. Arabic and Islamic Studies were also taught to the students.

 

The students enjoy fully functioning classrooms with air conditioning and interactive whiteboards. Every week the students visit our library for library lessons. The students enjoy participating in a range of activities including: Book Week that comprise of a fabulous book character parade, exploring the nominated shortlisted books and Book Fair. Gymnastics and our Sports Carnival with the Campbelltown Campus were the highlight of this year. The students loved our excursion to Calmsley Hill Farm learning about animal shelter and incursions that involved making bubbles, slime and sherbet and exploring for dinosaur bones. Overall it was a successful year.

 

Last year has seen Al-Faisal College - Liverpool grow rapidly acquiring access to the administration block and 8 classrooms. The school has 8 spacious classrooms with air conditioning and contain a large storeroom, and a fully functioning wet area for Creative Arts. Students have access to a large playground, hall for assemblies and sporting activities like gymnastics and movement, a computer lab, library and 2 withdrawal rooms. Term 3 has seen the beginning of construction on Stage 3 of the building project that will contain another 10 spacious classrooms with air conditioning, internal storerooms and wet areas.

 

This year we are expecting to grow further, with additional primary and high school classes added. The newer buildings have also provided our students with state of the art facilities.
